About SARA
Sudley Area Residents' Association was established in 1977 and registered as a charity in 1979. The Association is a focus group for a large area of Aigburth in South Liverpool and operates from SARA Hall. The Association changed its legal status to a Charitable Incorporated Organisation in July 2020.

SARA Hall
SARA Hall is an established community hub offering a variety of weekly activities, sessions and classes for all ages across many different topics. Take a look at our calendar to find out more.
The Heritage Lottery
In October 2015, SARA received a Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) 'Sharing Heritage' grant to fund a project called: “Children of War - Childhood memories of growing up in South Liverpool during World War II”.
SARA Charity of the Year
Since 2004-05, SARA has supported a variety of charities (both local and national) as well as providing grants for youth projects in the Sudley Area. For 2019-20, SARA's charity of the year was Sunflowers, a Liverpool charity that supports people living with cancer. We have suspended our Charity of the Year initiative during the pandemic.
Hall Hire
SARA Hall is available for regular session hire - sorry, we are no longer taking bookings for parties.
